This Colloquium event will be held at the Silver Legacy Resort & Casino in Reno, Nev. Two skyways connect the Silver Legacy to Circus Circus on the north side and Eldorado on the south side, forming the Tri-Properties campus featuring 28 restaurants and lounges.

- Rooms are single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes (recently at 13.5 percent)
- Each additional adult is $10 per room per night, plus tax, with a maximum of four people per room.
- Rates are good through June 2, 2012; reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space-availability basis.
- The Mensa rate will be good for seven days before and after the event, based on availability, up to Apr. 4, 2012; after that date, early arrivals and stayovers will be based on space and rate availability.
- A deposit equal to the first night’s rate must be made by cash or credit card at the time the reservation is made. Refunds will be issued on reservations canceled 24 hours in advance of arrival date.
- Check-in: 3 p.m.
- Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate early check-in and late check-out based on availability. The bell desks will be happy to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time.
